To keep things hygienic and safe, we cannot accept returns on:

Any item that has been used or is returned damaged (unless it arrived faulty)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days (subject to your bank).

Original postage costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

🎁 Gifts
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original buyer.
📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.
