  • Order Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 2 PM GMT will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days. (£3.99)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100. Delivery within 2-4 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or through our website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through Fedex and Royal Mail shipping courier companies.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@vapourse.co.uk We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@vapourse.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen from your property. We recommend contacting the carrier or filing a claim with them.
